Your cleaning service is just around the corner! To ensure we provide the best service possible and make the most of our time in your home, here are a few things to keep in mind:
Please Make Sure Your Card Is on File
When you booked your service, you should have received a request to add a card to your file. While we never charge your card without authorization, we do require that a card be on file by the day before your scheduled service.
Please Clear Surfaces Before Your Cleaning
To help us clean your home more efficiently and thoroughly, we kindly ask that you clear surfaces in the areas we'll be working, such as countertops, tables, floors and any other spaces you'd like cleaned. While our team does a normal amount of tidying, areas with excessive clutter — like floors full of toys or clothes — may be skipped during the service. Please make sure items that don't belong on surfaces are put away so we can give your home the best possible clean.
Please Ensure Clear Access and Instructions
To provide the best possible service, please make sure we have easy access to your home and the areas you'd like cleaned. This includes unlocking gates, doors, or other access points, or providing keys or codes in advance. If there are specific areas you'd like us to focus on, please let us know ahead of time so we can prioritize them during your cleaning.
For Your Pets' Safety and Comfort
To keep your pets safe and comfortable, please secure them in a separate area if needed. This also helps our team work efficiently and minimizes any disturbances during the cleaning.
What's Not Included in Our Standard Cleaning
To provide consistent, high-quality service, the following tasks are outside the scope of our standard cleaning services. This helps us focus on what we do best — keeping your home fresh, healthy, and sparkling clean!
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please remember that cancellations or rescheduling requests require a minimum of 48 hours' notice OR Friday by 3PM if it's a service scheduled for Monday. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. However, last-minute changes directly affect our team. Our cleaners count on the estimated hours of each scheduled service as part of their income to support their families, and sudden cancellations impact their workload and pay. We also must consider the schedules of other clients who may be waiting for availability.
Rate Adjustments for Gaps in Recurring Service
If you cancel a recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and do not reschedule within 5 business days, and the time between your last cleaning and your next scheduled cleaning exceeds:
