All estimates provided through our website or by our team are based on the information you provide about your home or business. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the space, additional services requested, or other factors discovered at the time of service.

Estimates are not binding contracts. Your cleaning service is confirmed only after mutual agreement on scope, pricing, and scheduling.

By booking a cleaning service, you agree to our scheduling and cancellation policies as outlined on our website and in any service agreements. Key terms include:

• Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours' notice, or by Friday at 3:00 PM for services scheduled on Monday.
• Late cancellations may result in charges, as our cleaning professionals rely on scheduled services as part of their income.
• Gaps in recurring service that exceed the standard interval may result in rate adjustments to account for the additional workload. See our Prep Steps page for full details.

Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through the methods specified at the time of booking.

A valid payment method must be on file prior to your scheduled service. While we never charge your card without authorization, having a card on file is required to maintain your booking.

By scheduling a cleaning service, you grant Green Cleanville and its team members permission to enter your home or business at the agreed-upon time for the purpose of providing the requested cleaning services. You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to your property, including unlocking doors, gates, or other entry points, and securing pets as needed.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we will make it right as quickly as possible. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning performed and does not extend to pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions beyond the scope of our services.

Green Cleanville carries appropriate business insurance. In the unlikely event that our team causes damage to your property during a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it fairly.

We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in a pre-existing state of disrepair. We are also not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as loose fixtures, worn surfaces, or unstable items.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of our website.

You agree not to misuse our website by introducing viruses, hacking, or engaging in any activity that could harm our website or impair its functionality.
